ELIGIBILITY:
* Good communication skills.
* Excellent knowledge of computer Hardware and Networking.
* Graduates or Under Graduates (10+2/3) with 6 month gap.
* Preference will be given to B.C.A, B.Sc.Comp-science or Diploma holder in Hardware and Networking.
* With or without experience.
* Maximum age limit is 30 year old.
JOB PROFILE:
* Starting salary will be from Rs.15,000 for fresher and even more for those who are experience in same field.
* Maximum Incentive of 6,000 per month depending on how much work.
* Food coupons of Rs.750 will be given per month and free transport from door pick up and door drop.
* Maximum amount of Rs.70000 or fees paid will give per year for any courses you do during your stay with company.
INTERVIEW PROCEDURE:
1. Introduction: You have to give a General Introduction about yourself.
2. Essay writing: You will be asks to write an Essay of around 200-300 hundred words in 15 minutes on different topics.
3. Aptitude Test: You will be asks to answer 25 multiple choice questions.
4. Technical Test: You may be also ask to take a technical test of around 20-25 question.
5. Email Writing: You will be asks to write an Email as a customer support executive.
6. HR round: You have to give general introduction about yourself and answer the questions that the HR will ask to you.
7. Operation round: You will be asks question about the technical knowledge and skills by the operation manager. You may also have to answer questions about your work experience and education background.
8. Telephonic round: When you clear the entire above round, you will receive a call from HR and manager.
9. Typing Test: You should have a minimum typing speed of 25 words per min. Typing test will be usually for the semi-voice or non-voice process.
10. Documentation: If you are selected, then you need to bring all the original academic documents and other document such as work experience, Certificate and mark cards. The company will take Xerox copies of the document and give the original.
